A friend and former colleague from Chongqing, China took a day to show me his city. One of the highlights was this view of the Hongyadong Commercial Street at night, framed by Qiansimen Bridge and the World Financial Center, with the Jiefangbei office towers in the background. All of their lights sparkled and reflected in the Jialing River just before it empties into the mighty Yangtze.
