Taken after I ascended to the observation balcony of the Galata Tower, “Magnificent Istanbul” displays just a piece of The Queen of Cities’ visual grandeur. In the foreground, the Galata Bridge spans the Golden Horn, the major inlet of the Bosphorus. Across the bridge, the Yeni Cami Mosque stands prominently, while the Nuruosmaniye Mosque looms directly behind it.
