As I was Crossing Columbus Avenue at Dusk on a warm evening at the end of October, the New York City sky seemed to radiate heat. I had to capture this image quickly, for although I was crossing with the light, fire trucks were barreling down the avenue with sirens blaring, heading towards a fire. Today’s addition to the gallery is Layers of Clouds and Bridges over the Allegheny in Pittsburgh. The bridges and clouds appear to be stacked vertically in layers, while the yellow bridges appear sandwiched in steel grey from the water below and clouds above.
